Mission

TheGreenNova (TGN) is an innovative nonprofit corporation to support the development of responsible energy solutions. To energize private and public ingenuity, TGN offers a balanced approach to create accountable results.

TGN will provide funding through educational grants to small teams of engineering, business and law students competing to develop traditional or alternative energy solutions. To generate funding, TheGreenNova provides resources such as technical tools not commonly available through a wiki resource center, to assist individuals and small business to develop traditional and alternative energy choice solutions.

To accomplish these goals, TGN needs financial support, as well as advice and assistance to develop necessary tools to improve fundraising for this and related NPO's. These tools are developed and shared in the benevolent culture of volunteer spirit, from spreading the word about the program to implementing pragmatic solutions for a more prosperous human lifestyle.

Strategy

TheGreenNova.org calls for private and public involvement and support as an interactive web based charitable resource, soliciting and offering financial and technical support to encourage the development and sharing of uniform resources that yield cost effective sensible environmentally friendly energy solution choices. Primary objectives include:

  • Solicit Funding through donations from the general public, from the sale of novelty and utility logo items, from fees collected for private and public users of TheGreenNova.org business and technical resources to develop and engineer products and processes, and from grants provided by supportive organizations;
  • Provide Funding to colleges, universities, college students, independent inventors and small businesses to promote development of environmentally friendly energy choices;
  • Solicit Volunteer Support from individuals and corporations to generate and maintain resources specifically including documents and procedures needed by individuals, inventors and small businesses to support the development of energy related products and processes;
  • Provide resources and programs not commonly available to the public and small business that support well planned and implemented product research and development such as ISO, LEED, Six Sigma, Malcolm Baldrige, Lean, Kaizen and other quality principles and improvement philosophies;
  • Solict Volunteer Support to provide administration and improve outreach beginning at a grass roots level on college campuses through organized business, law, engineering, and other interested student groups;
