Significant content has been obtained for these sub-sections. The references will be posted with a brief summary and a forum for user feedback/rating will be added, when it can be added with appropriate control. We are not here to promote slander, but prefer to promote efficiency and integrity. Nor will scams of any type be tolerated.

We prefer to ensure appropriate high ratings are provided where deserved by reputable agents, with appropriate positive feedback. Similarly, negative reviews will be allowed, even encouraged, provided a certain level of professionalism is maintained in the feedback. A numeric rating system will be deployed, but an adequate verbal feedback control system has not yet been developed for this as an open source tool. It is our priority, because it will develop most efficiently, as an open source resource.
